Dilemma and Approach of the Improvement of Teachers'Digital Literacy in Vocational Colleges under the Background of Digital Transformation:Based on the Standard of"Teachers'Digital Literacy"
In the current wave of digital transformation of vocational education,some vocational college teachers have problems such as digital consciousness disability,poor digital application ability,weak digital moral consciousness and insufficient digital innovation ability.Based on the professional standard of Teachers'Digital Literacy,newly released by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China,this paper constructs the framework of vocational college teachers'digital literacy,analyzes the difficulties in improving the digital literacy of vocational college teachers,and puts forward some suggestions on the path of awakening teachers'subjectivity and stimulating digital cognition,optimizing environmental resources and promoting digital application,enhancing moral security and adhering to digital ethics,as well as building learning community and promoting digital growth.
