Mali Luban Workshop:Innovative Exploration of Overseas Medical and Health Talents Cultivation Program
The medical and health foundation of the Republic of Mali is relatively weak,with an imperfect theoretical system of local tra-ditional medicine,a single cultivating mode of medical and health talents,and limited availability of modern teaching resources.Mali Luban Workshop,as a new mechanism of talents cultivation program,has skillfully solved the above problems.This paper introduces the exploration and innovation of Mali Luban Workshop for the cultivation of medical and health talents from six aspects,including the con-struction background,construction significance,construction mode,construction effectiveness,construction experience and future prospects of Mali Luban Workshop,which also provides a basis for the establishment of Luban Workshop of traditional Chinese medicine in China.
