工匠故事是中国故事的重要构成,也是高职思政课的重要资源.讲好工匠故事,有助于高职院校落实立德树人根本任务,回应工匠精神培育现实挑战,促进思政课内涵式发展.通过讲好工匠故事,讲清楚工匠精神的实践本质、奉献特质和创新实质,讲清楚工匠精神与中国式现代化的内在联系.以讲事实、讲形象、讲情感、讲道理的方式,将工匠精神深深扎根于学生心底,为中国式现代化建设培育人才.
Value Implication,Content Positioning and Path Selection of Telling Craftsman's Story Well in Higher Vocational Ideological and Political Courses
The craftsman's story is an important component of Chinese story and also an important resource for ideological and political courses in higher vocational education.Telling the story of craftsman well will help higher vocational colleges to implement the fundamen-tal task of fostering virtue through education,respond to the realistic challenges of the craftsman spirit cultivation,and promote the full po-tential development of ideological and political courses.By telling the story of craftsmen well,the practical essence,dedication characteris-tics and innovation essence of the craftsman spirit as well as the internal connection between the craftsman spirit and the Chinese path to modernization can be explained.The craftsman spirit should be deeply rooted in the hearts of students in the way of telling facts,images,emotions and reasons to cultivate talents for Chinese path to modernization.
