Research on the Integrated Talents Cultivation Mode of"Learning-Practicing-Competing-Training":Taking the Major of E-commerce in Higher Vocational Colleges as an Example
The reform of talents cultivation mode is an important embodiment of the characteristic development of vocational education,and an effective channel to meet the development and change of the digital intelligence era and realize the high-quality talents cultivation.Based on the three-spiral theory and the competency-based theory,this paper constructs the realization path of the talents cultivation mode of"learning-practicing-competing-training"from four dimensions of learning theory well,practicing well,promoting learning by competition as well as internship and practical training.Combined with the challenges and opportunities faced by the major of e-commerce under the development of digital intelligence era,this paper analyzes the problems existing in talents cultivation,in order to provide refer-ences for the construction of talents cultivation and promote the high-quality development of talents cultivation.
