Construction and Inspiration of the Evaluation Index System of Career and Technical Education in the United States under the Perspective of High-quality Development
In order to achieve the goal of high-quality development,career and technical education in the United States urgently needs to examine the effectiveness of fund investment and shift the focus of accountability and evaluation.A three-level evaluation index system has established,and the cores of this system are"evaluation dimensions,evaluation elements and evaluation standards".The index system has the characteristics that the evaluation dimensionis based on multiple perspectives and entirety,the evaluation elements reflect inclu-siveness and fairness,and the evaluation criteria attach importance to student-centered.Drawing on its basic idea,the construction of China's vocational education evaluation index system needs to establish comprehensive and high-quality evaluation view,focus on the needs of diversified evaluation subjects,and design people-oriented evaluation content.
