2018年柬埔寨鲁班工坊揭牌建立以来,天津中德应用技术大学作为柬埔寨鲁班工坊的中方核心力量,深度参与建设,收获显著成果.文章从学校与行业、企业间深厚的历史亲缘性、培训领域的丰富经验,以及国际合作基因的传承与发展等维度,深入剖析学校建设鲁班工坊的坚实基础与独特优势.在工坊建设过程中,学校始终将鲁班工坊的高质量发展视为己任,明确自身在建设中的核心角色,从而开展了系列实践创新:建立"真题真做"的校企深度合作、打通"高本硕"的留学生培养通道、打造高质量融合课程体系,以及开发"一体化"的教学资源,推动鲁班工坊由硬件实力积累向软件实力全面提升的转变.
From Quantitative Change to Qualitative Change:An Innovative Practice Study on the Construction of Luban Workshop in Universities of Applied Sciences by Taking Tianjin Sino-German University of Applied Sciences as an Example
Since the inauguration of the Luban Workshop in Cambodia in 2018,Tianjin Sino-German University of Applied Sciences,as the core force of the Chinese side of the Luban Workshop in Cambodia,has been deeply involved in the construction and has achieved significant results.This article deeply analyzes the solid foundation and unique advantages of the university in building the Luban Work-shop from the dimensions of the profound historical roots of university with industry and enterprise,rich experience in cultivating fields,and the inheritance and development of international cooperation genes.In the process of Luban Workshop construction,the university has always regarded the high-quality development of Luban workshop as its own responsibility,clarified its core role in construction and car-ried out a series of practical innovations:establishing in-depth cooperation of"real problems and real solutions"between enterprises and colleges,opening up the cultivation channel for international students"from higher vocational education to bachelor to master",creating a high-quality integrated curriculum system and developing"integrated"teaching resources,to promote the transformation of the Luban Workshop from the accumulation of hardware strength to the comprehensive improvement of software strength.
