Research on the Application of Engineering Practice Innovation Project(EPIP)Teaching Mode in the Cultivation of Field Engineers
It is an important task to improve the cultivation quality of field engineers in our country to explore the teaching mode that fits the cultivation of field engineers.The teaching mode of Engineering Practice Innovation Project(EPIP)is highly consistent with the culti-vation of field engineers in aspects of talents cultivation concept,teaching method and professional teaching practice.Under the concept of EPIP,the value implication of field engineers cultivation mainly includes the contextualized innovation cultivation of craftsman spirit,the integrated engineering practice ability cultivation,the collaborative school-enterprise dual subject linkage and the international talent cul-tivating standards docking.It is necessary to effectively use the EPIP teaching mode to help improve the quality of field engineers cultiva-tion from aspects of creating multi-dimensional teaching situation,creating real project teaching,promoting in-depth collaboration between schools and enterprises and fully connecting with international discourse.
