Practice Pattern and Optimization Path for International Exchanges and Cooperation of Vocational Education in Ethnic Minority Areas
Under the background of the new era,vocational education in ethnic minority areas has actively deepened international ex-changes and cooperation,and through six major school-running practice measures,including widely recruiting international students,pro-moting mutual visits between teachers and students,carrying out cooperative school-running projects,promoting foreign aid projects,setting up the major of applied foreign languages and building international exchange platforms,the level of opening up of vocational education in ethnic minority areas has been greatly improved.These international exchanges and cooperation practices present three major features:typical ethnic geographical regional characteristics,diversified levels and forms of cooperation,and significant cultural exchanges and co-operation with ethnic characteristics.Combined with the reality of vocational education development in ethnic minority areas,the article proposes an effective path for the international development of vocational education in ethnic minority areas from four aspects,including establishing an internationalized thinking concept,building an internationalized teaching staff,innovating the connotation of international-ized majors,and promoting the integration between industry and education,which provides a useful reference for the development of voca-tional education in ethnic minority areas.
