Function,Dilemma and Strategy of Social Organizations Participating in the Governance of Modern Vocational Education
Social organizations can make up for government failures and corporate defaults in the process of multi-subject governance of modern vocational education and improve and optimize the modern vocational education governance system from the perspective of the third party.However,there are still some problems in the process of social organizations participating in the governance of modern voca-tional educationin China,such as institutional obstacles,insufficient governance capacity and blurred boundaries with the government.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the legalization of social organizations'participation in the governance of modern vocational education,strengthen the ability of social organization to participate in the governance of modern vocational education,establish a"government-social organization"partnership model in the governance system of modern vocational education and encourage social organizations to innovate and strengthen international exchanges.
