Reconstructing Teaching Evaluation:Empowering High-quality Classroom Construction of Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges
Starting from the connotation of high quality and combining with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,this paper proposes that high-quality labor education classroom in higher vocational colleges should have the characteristics of life education,profes-sionalization,diversification and coordination.The high-quality classroom construction of labor education needs the participation of teach-ing evaluation.However,the current classroom evaluation of labor education in higher vocational colleges has problems of utilitarian evaluation concept,evaluation content covering occupation,one-sided evaluation scope and single evaluation subject,which hinder the high-quality classroom construction of labor education.Based on this,the paper puts forward the"one core,two integration,three dimen-sions and four synergies"classroom evaluation strategy for labor education in higher vocational colleges,which takes"students'life growth"as the core,integrates the content of"professional labor and vocational labor",carries out classification evaluation and builds a multi-evaluation community.
