Towards Educational Synergy:Motivation,Logic and Path of the Reconstruction of Higher Vocational Education in Switzerland
Fostering collaborative innovation between higher vocational education and other types of higher education is the key to the overall education reform in the new era.In order to alleviate the shortage of high-level skilled talents,Switzerland focuses on the reform of higher vocational education,aiming to reshape it into an attractive,indispensable and equivalent part of the higher education system.Spe-cific measures include setting up vocational bachelor's/master's degree,establishing institutional accreditation and nomenclature protection system,making transparent educational pathway transition rules,strengthening cooperation with universities of applied sciences and im-proving legal financing mechanisms.In the process of the collaborative innovation of vocational education,higher education and continuing education,China's higher vocational education should make great efforts in the following aspects:adhere to the essential characteristics of vocational education and seek its divergent development within the higher education system;bring technician colleges into the higher vo-cational sequence to establish the"higher"status of technician colleges;endorse vocational bachelor's/master's degree to truly achieve the same important status as general higher education;design the connection transformation and cooperation mechanism and establish a plat-form for scientific and technological innovation and craftsman cultivation;establish a curriculum and institutional accreditation system to effectively improve the quality of higher vocational education.
