Study on Building Teaching Research System in Provincial Secondary Vocational Education:Case Study of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region
Teaching research is a powerful approach to promote the professional development of teachers at post and also the intrinsic de-mand for the professionalization of secondary vocational teachers in the new period.Currently,the teaching research in secondary voca-tional education in Guangxi presents its diversified value in the three fields of teachers,curriculums and schools.Meanwhile,there are two major policy opportunities that secondary vocational public basic courses are valued and the basic role of secondary vocational education is strengthened.In this context,in view of the three major challenges faced by the secondary vocational teaching research system in Guangxi,including inadequate policy guidance,imperfect institutional layout and insufficient staffing,it is necessary to build a high-quality provin-cial teaching research system by promoting the standardization of the teaching research mechanism,guiding the teaching research system to be three-dimensional and promoting the diversification of the teaching research team,so as to improve the teaching level of secondary vocational education.
