摘要
俄罗斯中等职业教育在国家公共教育体系中占有重要的地位.新形势下,俄罗斯中等职业教育发展面临的挑战包括创新型经济发展、人口危机显现和劳动力市场结构变化.基于此,俄罗斯推进中等职业教育现代化发展的路径包括强化办学方向、加强办学质量、完善基础设施、顺应数字化趋势和提升教师素养等.
Abstract
Russian secondary vocational education plays an important role in the national public education system.Under the new situa-tion,the challenges faced by the development of secondary vocational education in Russia include the development of an innovative econo-my,the emergence of a demographic crisis and changes in the structure of the labor market.Based on this,Russia needs to promote the path of modernization development of secondary vocational education,including reinforcing the direction of running schools,strengthening the quality of running schools,improving infrastructure,responding to digitalization trends and upgrading the competency of teachers.
