Reform Trends and Value Purposes of Career Education in Britain,America and Australia:Based on the Analysis of Policy Texts
Career education is an appropriate strategy to prepare individuals for future employment and life,and also an inevitable choice to cope with future social risks and global changes.By analyzing the the policy texts of Britain,America and Australia in recent years,defining the main body,implementation and evaluation of career education reform,and constructing a theoretical analysis framework to consider the reform trends of various countrys in terms of goals,funds and practice of career education,this paper summarizes the value purposes and endogenous characteristics of"taking multi-subject and multi-party cooperation as the value support,focusing on supervision and effective evaluation as the value guarantee,focusing on quality and pursuing fairness as the value characteristic".
