Model Creation and Characteristics of Vocational Education Assistance to Xinjiang under the Guidance of Educator Spirit:Based on Practical Exploration of Tianjin University of Technology and Education
Vocational education assistance to Xinjiang is an important measure to implement the national strategy of governing Xinjiang and promote the development of education in Xinjiang.With the deepening of the work of assistance,the idea of vocational education as-sistance to Xinjiang has also changed from"resource transfusion"and"economic promotion"to"characteristic development",fully tapping the own potential of vocational education development in Xinjiang,using the own superior resources for characteristic construction,driving the overall improvement with characteristics,and improving the overall quality of education.Based on the idea of characteristic develop-ment,and guided by the educator spirit,the practical exploration,theoretical research and experience summary of vocational education as-sistance to Xinjiang were carried out by Tianjin University of Technology and Education,and the model"two-core three-tier three-layer"of vocational education assistance to Xinjiang was formed,the characteristic brand of"Jinse Huyanglin"vocational education assistance to Xinjiang was established,which furtherly highlights the characteristics of vocational education assistance to Xinjiang.
