Talents Cultivation Dilemma and Promotion Strategy of Agricultural Vocational Education Empowering Rural Revitalization
From the perspective of innovative talents cultivation of agricultural vocational education,this paper analyzes the dilemmas faced in the development of agricultural vocational education,such as lack of talents,low comprehensive quality,difficulties for integra-tionof industry and education,inadequate motivation for scientific innovation,incomplete systems,and lagging talents cultivation model.Based on the"project+platform"approach,the paper has explored a talent cultivation path guided by cultural leadership,driven by dual integration and facilitated by school-village collaboration,and constructed an innovative talents cultivation model that integrates moral composition through farming and reading,merges talent development with production and fosters multifaceted collaboration.In order to provide promotion strategies for modern agricultural vocational education to empower rural revitalization by cultivating innovative agricul-tural technology and skills talent.
