现场工程师类型人才内涵特征、培育框架与推进策略

现场工程师专项培养计划是优化职业教育类型定位,推动职业教育适应区域产业发展,促进职业教育高质量的重要抓手.基于工作岗位视角把握现场工程师的基本内涵特征,在政府统筹管理下,从标准、资源、载体、师资、评价五个维度,构建标准引领、供需契合、协同共建的人才培育体系.具体包括多方协同制定现场工程师培养标准、课程标准和评价标准,多方共建教学场地资源和项目资源,以中高本协同一体化培育体系为载体,以结构化教师团队为主导,以现场工程师岗位胜任能力为评价标准,通过对接生产流程真实工作环境,夯实学生现场施工和设备操作技能,优化学生管理能力和创新能力,使其成为复合型、创新型高素质技术技能型人才,为区域产业发展贡献优质人力资源支撑和高端应用技术积累.
Connotation Characteristics,Cultivation Framework and Promotion Strategies of On-site Engineer Type Talents
The on-site engineer special cultivation plan is an important tool for optimizing the positioning of vocational education types,promoting vocational education to adapt to regional industrial development and promoting high-quality development of vocational educa-tion.We should grasp the basic connotation and characteristics of on-site engineers from the perspective of job positions,and construct a talent cultivation system under the coordinated management of the government that is guided by standards,coordinated with supply and demand,and co constructed from five dimensions:standards,resources,carriers,teachers and evaluation.Specifically,it includes the mul-ti-party collaborative development of on-site engineer training standards,curriculum standards,and evaluation standards,the joint con-struction of teaching venue resources and project resources by multi-party,the use of a cultivation system of collaborative integration of middle,higher and undergraduate vocational education as the carrier,the leadership of a structured teacher team,and the evaluation of on-site engineer job competence as the evaluation criteria.By connecting with the real work environment of the production process,strengthen students'on-site construction and equipment operation skills,and optimize their management and innovation abilities,make them become composite and innovative high-quality technical and skilled talents,contributing high-quality human resource support and high-end ap-plication technology accumulation to regional industrial development.
