Mechanism and Practice Path of Promoting Digital Literacy of Vocational College Teachers through Teaching Contest
Referring to the main content and characteristics of the Ministry of Education's"Digital literacy of teachers"standard,it is found that the teaching contest plays an incentive,demand,practice,standardization and leading role in the five dimensions of teacher dig-ital literacy.Based on the situation of vocational college teachers participating in the teaching contest,it is found that there are practical difficulties in promoting the digital literacy of teachers through teaching contest,such as utilitarian thinking of contest,limited coverage for participating teachers,significant differences in professional construction levels,and de-competition in daily teaching.The paper analyzes the specific practical paths from three levels:the organizers of the contest,vocational colleges and teachers themselves,in order to effec-tively achieve the goal of promoting the digital literacy of vocational college teachers through the teaching contest.
