职业导向教育旨在促进学生职业定位和选择能力的养成,对所有学生成功过渡到升学、培训和工作具有指引作用.德国各联邦州在遵循KMK关于职业导向教育总体规定的基础上,制定相应的职业导向教育准则和细化措施,由各学校负责具体执行.从实施方式看,德国普通中学的职业导向教育主要通过系统的职业导向课程与校内外职业实践活动来落实,具有多主体协同服务、全过程循序发展、信息化手段推进及差异化全纳包容等特点.
Education of Vocational Orientation in German General Secondary Schools:Value Significance,Implementation Path and Practical Characteristics
Education of vocational orientation aims to promote the development of students'career positioning and selection abilities,and has core significance for all students to successfully transition to further education,training and work.On the basis of KMK's overall regu-lations on the education of vocational orientation,various federal states in Germany have formulated corresponding vocational orientation guidelines and detailed measures,which are specifically implemented by schools.From the perspective of implementation methods,the ed-ucation of vocational orientation in German general secondary schools is mainly implemented through systematic vocational orientation courses and on and off campus vocational practice activities.It has the characteristics of multi-agent collaborative services,step-by-step development throughout the entire process,promotion by information technology and inclusiveness with differentiation.
