数字时代背景下新质技术技能人才培养路径研究

数字时代新质生产力发展为职业教育带来新的挑战,培养新质技术技能人才是对这一挑战的积极回应,也是推进职业教育改革创新、实现高质量发展的必然要求.文章在梳理总结新质技术技能人才核心素养的基础上,针对当前新质技术技能人才培养面临的人才培养目标模糊、人才培养内容滞后、人才培养体系片面、人才培养模式单一、工匠精神培育缺失、"双师型"教师队伍薄弱、产教融合发展乏力等多重困境,探究通过树立职业教育新质人才观、重构课程知识体系、培养综合能力素质、改革人才培养模式、强化工匠精神培育、加强"双师型"队伍建设、优化产教融合运行机制等策略,实现新质技术技能人才培养创新路径,更好地满足新质生产力的发展需求.
Research on the Cultivation Path of New Quality Technical and Skilled Talents in the Digital Era
The development of new quality productive forces in the digital era brings new challenges to vocational education.Cultivating new quality technical and skilled talents is a positive response to this challenge,it is also an inevitable requirement to promote the reform and innovation of vocational education and achieve high-quality development.Based on summarizing the core literacy of new quality tech-nical and skilled talents,the paper aims at the multiple dilemmas faced by the current cultivation of new quality talents,such as vague tal-ent cultiviting objectives,lagging cultiviting content,one-sided talent cultiviting systems,monotonous talent cultiviting mode,lack of craftsmanship spirit cultivation,weak double-qualified teacher teams and inadequate integration between industry and education,and then explores the innovative path of cultivating new quality technical and skilled talents by establishing new view of talents in vocational educa-tion,reconstructing the curriculum of knowledge system,cultivating comprehensive abilities and qualities,reforming the talent cultivation mode,strengthening the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit,strengthening the construction of dual-qualified teachers and optimizing the op-eration mechanism of integration between industry and education,in order to meet the development needs of new quality productive forces better.
