Analysis on the Strategy of Integrating Engineering Professional Courses with Labor Education in Higher Vocational Education:A Case Study of the Industry Internet Specialty Cluster
The deep integration of engineering professional courses and labor education in higher vocational education is crucial for en-hancing the adaptability of the talents,promoting the all-round development of talents,and advancing educational reform.Taking the in-dustry internet specialty cluster of a"Double High"institution in Tianjin as an example,this study analyzes the core issues,intrinsic moti-vations and external advantages of integration.It constructs a goal system,content system and method system for the integration.In view of the specific practice,the study proposes multiple safeguard measures,including strengthening the teaching staff,integrating industry and education to expand high-quality resources,optimizing teaching management and ensuring the effectiveness of institutional execution.Through a comprehensive evaluation of labor education integration and the promotion of innovative educational concepts,the aim is to en-hance the effectiveness of integration and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents who meet the needs of modern industry.
