Realistic Dilemma and Promotion Strategy of Organized Scientific Research in Higher Vocational Colleges:Based on the Perspective of New Institutionalism in Sociology
Organized scientific research oriented to national strategy and technology is a new fulcrum for higher vocational colleges to achieve high-level development,and it is also the demand of the times for high-quality development of vocational education.However,based on the perspective of new institutionalism in sociology,it is found that the construction of organized scientific research in higher vo-cational colleges is faced with such difficulties as policy system deviation,insufficient supporting conditions and cultural cognition conflict.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a diversified and dislocated organized scientific research system in higher vocational colleges,im-prove a scientific and effective organized scientific research security system in higher vocational colleges,and gather a win-win sense of organized scientific research community in higher vocational colleges,so as to promote the construction of organized scientific research in higher vocational colleges.
