In order to promote the dual improvement of technological innovation and talents cultivation capabilities,higher vocational col-leges have begun to explore organizational innovation in interdisciplinary organization construction.The construction of interdisciplinary or-ganizations in higher vocational colleges is an inevitable choice for higher vocational colleges to respond to major issues of economic and social development,adapt to the transformation and development of knowledge production models and enhance the development of innova-tive capabilities.At present,due to the problems in the field of vocational education,such as the superficial integration between industry and education,unsmooth integration between science and education,and imperfect internal governance in higher vocational education,there are certain difficulties in the development of interdisciplinary organizations in higher vocational colleges.In order to promote the efficient operation of interdisciplinary organizations,higher vocational colleges need to accurately target positioning,collaborate with multiple sub-jects of industry,education and research,and form a stable interdisciplinary cooperation mechanism;Optimize internal governance,resolve the constraints of fragmented systems,and create a positive interdisciplinary cultural atmosphere;Empowering personal growth,enhancing teachers'interdisciplinary teaching and research abilities,and promoting the implementation of interdisciplinary cooperation results.
