Institutional Design for Building a High Quality Vocational Education Teacher Team in the Economic Circle
Exploring the construction of high-quality vocational education teacher teams in the economic circle through institutional de-sign is a necessary choice and practical way to comply with the overall trend of high-quality development of vocational education in China and solve the practical difficulties in the construction of vocational education teacher teams.Based on the field survey data,this paper constructs the overall structure from the content,function and characteristics of institutional design of the construction of high-quality vo-cational education teachers in the economic circle from the three dimensions of macro,meso and micro,and seeks the interconnection and dynamic coupling of various elements in the institutional model.On this basis,this paper further analyzes the practical approach to pro-moting the construction of high-quality vocational education teachers in the economic circle from the three aspects of top-level design,meso-maintenance and bottom-level practice,so as to ensure the coupling and replacement of the system from the central to the local gov-ernment in terms of content and function,the mutual recognition and development in different places in the economic circle,and the effec-tive implementation and improvement under the urban-rural integration,so as to deepen the integration between industry and education,enhance the new quality productive forces of vocational education,and promote the circular development of regional economy and society through the construction of the teaching staff.
