Exploration of the Construction of Teaching Staff in Industrial Colleges of Higher Vocational Colleges
High-level teacher team is an important support for the high-quality development of modern vocational education.High-quality,professional and innovative teacher team is the key for industrial colleges to achieve the goal of educating people,leading industrial upgrad-ing and developing innovative characteristics.Through the in-depth analysis of the current practice of industrial college teachers,this paper systematically summaries the real problems faced by the construction of teaching staff,such as the conflict of differences in cooperation be-tween multiple subjects,the absence of teacher management system and the restriction of teachers'individual factors,and analyses the root causes of the dilemma from the three dimensions of the cooperation of multiple subjects,the teaching team and the individual needs,and puts forward the path of establishing an appropriate mechanism of management of the teachers'team in industrial colleges,enhancing the cooperative and trusting force of nurturing,and giving full play to the maximum effectiveness of individual teachers,in order to build an ap-propriate governance system of teacher team in industrial colleges in higher vocational colleges to guide the innovative practice.
