Construction of a Supply-demand Matching Ecosystem of Technical and Skilled Talents
Currently,there is an increasingly urgent societal demand for technical and skilled talents.However,the labor market faces re-alistic dilemmas of"labor shortage"and"employment difficulty".Based on the theory of industry-education integration ecosystem,this study constructs a set of supply-demand matching ecosystem of technical and skilled talents covering different levels of individuals,insti-tutions,enterprises and regions.It aims to clarify the connotations,operating mechanisms and practical approaches,in order to fundamen-tally alleviate the structural contradiction between the supply and demand mismatch of current technical and skilled talents,and promote the new pattern of supply-demand matching and mutual promotion.
