技能型社会高职劳动教育课程体系建构:现实审视与未来路向

技能型社会强调通过培养高素质技术技能人才,促进经济社会的高质量发展.高职院校要促进劳动教育课程的落地实施,有效发挥综合育人功能,回应技能型社会建设的需求.从课程体系构建的视角,阐释了高职劳动教育课程体系的内涵及分析框架,剖析了当前高职劳动教育课程体系存在的课程目标定位不明、课程内容缺乏时效性、课程实施协同性不强、课程评价机制缺失等问题,提出技能型社会高职劳动教育课程体系的建构路径:确立德技并修的课程目标,培育高素质技能人才;设置扩容创新的课程内容,服务高质量发展;打造协同推进的实施样态,丰富技能供给主体;构建多元、动态的评价机制,夯实课程育人成效.
Construction of Labor Education Curriculum System in Higher Vocational Education in Skill-based Society:Realistic Review and Future Direction
Skill-based society emphasizes the promotion of high-quality economic and social development by cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.Higher vocational colleges should promote the implementation of labor education courses,effectively play the role of comprehensive education and respond to the needs of the construction of a skill-based society.From the perspective of curriculum system construction,this paper explains the connotation and analysis framework of the higher vocational labor education curriculum sys-tem,analyzes the problems existing in the current higher vocational labor education curriculum system,such as unclear orientation of cur-riculum objective,lack of timeliness of curriculum content,weak coordination of curriculum implementation and lack of curriculum evalu-ation mechanism,and puts forward the construction path of the higher vocational labor education curriculum system in the construction of a skill-based society:establishing curriculum objectives of simultaneous cultivation of morality and skills and cultivating high-quality skilled talents;setting up curriculum content of expansion and innovation to serve high-quality development;creating a coordinated implementa-tion pattern to enrich the main body of skill supply;building a diversified and dynamic evaluation mechanism to consolidate the effective-ness of curriculum education.
