Construction and Enlightenment of Australian Skills Ecosystem
Building a skill-based society is essential to enhance the country's economy,technology and comprehensive national strength.The skills ecosystem in Australia is regarded as a new approach for communication and connection between vocational education and training institutions and industries with a sound institutional framework,including a clear vision and project scope,diversified team and ef-fective management,strategic coordination and policy support,and continuous evaluation and improvement.This ecosystem shows core characteristics of open cooperation,flexible adaptation,continuous optimization and long-term development,which provides a significant reference for the construction of a skill-based society in China.China is currently at a critical stage in the construction of a skil-based so-ciety.It is supposed to jointly promote it from aspects such as establishing a skills ecosystem community with multiple participating sub-jects,establishing a flexible skills training and certification system,establishing a dynamic skills assessment and feedback mechanism,and optimizing the training system for skilled talents.
