教育数字化战略行动背景下深化高职院校教学改革的核心是致力于构建开放、健康、安全的教学数字化体系.明晰高职院校教学数字化体系构建的驱动机理,针对教学数字化体系建设中存在的制度体系、数字基建、教学驱动、教师素养等方面的问题,建议从加强顶层设计,搭建政策框架体系;完善"新基建",夯实教育教学基础;创新教学模式,构建数字化新生态;加强数字素养,提升教师教学能力等方面实现高职院校教学数字化体系构建的实践突破.
Driving Mechanism,Realistic Dilemma and Breakthrough Strategy of the Construction of Digital Teaching System in Higher Vocational Colleges
Under the background of the strategic action on digitalization of education,the core of deepening the teaching reform of higher vocational colleges is to build an open,healthy and safe digital teaching system.This paper clarifies the driving mechanism of the con-struction of digital teaching system in higher vocational colleges.In view of the problems in aspects of institutional system,digital infras-tructure,drive of teaching and teacher literacy that exist in the construction of digital teaching system,it is suggested to strengthen the top-level design and build a policy framework system;improve the"new infrastructure"and consolidate the foundation of education and teach-ing;innovate the teaching mode and build a new digital ecology;improve the digital literacy and teaching ability of teachers,in order to achieve a practical breakthrough in the construction of digital teaching system in higher vocational colleges.
