The training base for industry-education integration is an important measure to comprehensively enhance the alignment be-tween the education chain and the industrial chain,and plays an important role in cultivating great country craftsmen and building a skill-based society.At present,there are still some practical difficulties in the construction of the training base for industry-education integra-tion,such as policy guarantee measures to be strengthened,weak capacity of school in serving regional industry,low level of enterprise participating in talents cultivation and incomplete evaluation system.By strengthening top-level policy design,improving the governance system of industry-education integration of schools,fully participation of enterprises in talents cultivation and building an evaluation sys-tem for training base for industry-education integration,the government,schools,industries and enterprises can work together as the"mul-ti-party cooperation"to achieve the high-quality development goal of the training base for industry-education integration.
