数字化技术在教育领域引发热烈反响,以强大的信息处理和教育资源优化能力,为高职教师专业发展带来机遇和挑战.从专业理念、专业知识、专业能力、专业情意等角度分析数字化赋能其专业发展的价值意蕴,进而通过数字化意识观念、数字化专业情愫、数字化转型路径和数字化伦理评价,讨论其专业发展所面临的现实困境.在此基础上,提出建立专业平台、关注自我定位、加强教学实践及造就数字品格等优化高职教师专业发展路径,以期助推新时代高职教师队伍高质量发展.
Digitalization Empowering the Professional Development of Higher Vocational Teachers:Value Connotations,Realistic Dilemmas and Optimization Path
Digital technology has aroused a enthusiastic response in the field of education.With strong information processing and opti-mization capabilities of educational resource,it brings opportunities and challenges to the professional development of higher vocational teachers.This study analyses the value connotation of digitalization empowering teachers'professional development from the perspectives of professional concept,professional knowledge,professional ability and professional affection,and then discusses the practical difficulties faced by teachers'professional development through the concept of digital consciousness,digital professional sentiment,digital transforma-tion path and digital ethical evaluation.On this basis,it is proposed to establish a professional platform,pay attention to self-positioning,look directly at teaching practice and cultivate digital character to optimize teachers'professional development path,so as to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational teachers in the new era.
