摘要

天津市作为北方重要的工业基地与现代服务业中心,其产业结构持续转型升级,对技术技能人才需求显著增长.中等职业教育是区域人才培养的主渠道,学校专业设置与区域产业结构的动态适配关系,直接影响技术技能人才培养质量和地方产业转型升级进程.本研究构建的"文献梳理—实证研究—客观分析"研究框架,运用专业集中度、专业聚集度、匹配度等指标,评估天津市中等职业学校专业布局特征,揭示其与区域产业定位的适应性问题,并提出专业优化对策,旨在强化专业建设与产业升级的同步性,实现人才培养与区域经济发展的精准对接.

Abstract

As an important industrial base and modern service industry center in northern China,Tianjin's industrial structure has con-tinued to transform and upgrade,and the demand for technical and skilled talents has increased significantly.Secondary vocational ed-ucation is the main channel for regional talents cultivation.The dynamic adaptation relationship between school specialty setting and regional industrial structure directly affects the quality of technical and skilled talents cultivation and the process of local industrial transformation and upgrading.This study constructs a research framework including literature review,empirical research and objective analysis,and evaluates the characteristics of specialty distribution in Tianjin's secondary vocational schools through specialty concen-tration degree,specialty clustering degree,matching degree and so on.It reveals adaptability issues with regional industrial positioning and proposes professional optimization countermeasures.The purpose is to strengthen the synchronization of professional construction and industrial upgrading,and realize the precise connection between talents cultivation and regional economic development.
