Closed-loop management of the industrial chain of resource utilization of"urban minerals"
Aiming at the closed-loop formation of the industrial chain for the resource utilization of"urban minerals",this paper established a closed-loop multi-agent interest coordination super-network model of"urban minerals"industrial chain,sets econom-ic parameters,analyzed the behavior and equilibrium conditions of participants,explored the conditions for realizing the system equilibri-um,and studied the impact of changes in key factors on the closed-loop system by using numerical simulations.The research showed that:①The improvement of the utilization rate of recycled resources could increase the income of production enterprises and sales enter-prises.Through the comparison of the proportion of resource increase,it was further found that it can also increase the willingness of pro-duction enterprises to buy"urban mineral"resources.②The improvement of the recovery rate of consumer products might not necessa-rily promote the increase of revenue,and it will be hindered by technical capabilities and other constraints to a certain extent.③The government should give priority to the main body of recycling enterprises when adopting subsidy policies.④It was necessary to carefully consider the choice of regulatory measures for the quantity of"urban mineral"resources and grasp the degree of regulation.
