Empirical study on the coupling and coordination degree of aviation accessibility and economic driving effect in China's hub cities
Aviation accessibility is a key factor affecting the driving effect of urban economy. The coupling and coordinated develop-ment of the two is an important measure to implement the national regional coordinated development strategy.Based on the measurement of aviation accessibility and economic driving effect of 39 hub cities in China from 2010 to 2019,this paper made a quantitative analysis of the coupling and coordination relationship between the two.The results showed that:①The aviation accessibility of hub cities has shown a pattern of"vertical overall improvement and horizontal polarization",and the accessibility level of international hub cities has been significantly higher than that of regional hub cities.②The economic driving effect of hub cities has also shown a trend of"vertical steady improvement and horizontal polarization".The economic driving effect of international hub cities has been significantly better than that of regional hub cities.③The coupling coordination degree of aviation accessibility and economic driving effect in hub cities has shown a pattern of"vertical fluctuation rising and horizontal step-by-step distribution".④"Economic driving effect leading"type and"aviation accessibility leading"type were the main types of coupling imbalance. Therefore,in the future,it is necessary to further enhance the association strength of the air transport market between hub cities, expand the scale of the hinterland market, and promote the coordinated development of aviation accessibility and economic driving effect,so as to realize the deep integration of aviation hub e-conomy and regional economy.
