高质量视域下长三角城市韧性特征及影响机制

长三角地区作为全国高质量经济发展重要的增长极,其城市韧性的提高对推动该地区高质量协同发展和构建城市安全具有重要意义.借助熵值法、泰尔指数、随机森林等方法,使用2010-2020年面板数据并探讨该地区城市韧性特征及影响因素.结果表明:①长三角高质量城市整体韧性、城市韧性发展水平、城市韧性创新指数均呈上升趋势,且创新指数增长率最快,为196%;②研究区内泰尔指数、Gini系数减小,说明该区城市韧性差异整体缩小了;③空间演进上,研究区内呈明显分异,其城市韧性等级结构沿中心区向外呈递减特征,并在空间分布上形成以上海和苏州等市为HH集聚区,以皖北和苏北地区为LL特征;④政府政策、创新科技、区域经济发展等主体是高质量城市韧性发展的影响机制,主要包括人才集聚、企业发展及政策环境等.
Research on characteristics and influence mechanism of urban-resilience in the Yangtze River Delta under high-quality perspective
Urban resilience improvement of the cities from the Yangtze River Delta region,as an important growth pole for the coun-try's high-quality economic development,has great significance for promoting high-quality coordinated development and building ur-ban safety in that region.Using the entropy method,Theil Index,Random Forest and other methods,this paper analyzed the spatio-tem-poral evolution characteristics and influencing factors of 41 prefecture-level cities'urban resilience in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2010 to 2020.The results showed that:①The overall resilience of high-quality cities in the Yangtze River Delta,the development level of urban resilience,and the innovation index of urban resilience,from 2010 to 2020,all showed an upward trend and the innovation index showed the fastest growth rate of 196%.②Theil index and Gini coefficient in the study area decreased from 2010 to 2020,indica-ting that urban resilience difference in the study area decreased as a whole.③From the perspective of spatial evolution,the study area showed obvious differentiation,which is its urban toughness grade structure presented a decreasing feature along the central area,form-ing a spatial distribution with Shanghai and Suzhou as HH agglomeration areas,and northern Anhui and Northern Jiangsu as LL charac-teristics.④Government policies,innovation,science and technology,and regional economic development were the main influencing mechanisms of high-quality urban resilience development,such as talent aggregation,enterprise development and policy environment.
