The development status,problems and countermeasures of rural social organizations in out-of-poor mountainous areas
With the development of market economy and social pattern,a large number of social organizations representing,serving,and safeguarding the interests of farmers have emerged in rural areas of China.Rural social organizations have played an important role in participating in social governance,assisting rural construction,and promoting economic development because of their public welfare and social nature.However,rural social organizations in out-of-poor mountainous areas have faced some problems such as a lack of endogenous motivation,loosing organizational management and structural imbalance,which have posed certain constraints in their inte-gration with rural areas and self-development.Based on the development status,problems and countermeasures of rural social organiza-tions in out-of-poor mountainous areas,the paper explored effective strategies to enhance their role in rural construction and develop-ment.By strengthening party and government empowerment,innovating organizational systems,and strengthening organizational connec-tions,the role of rural social organizations could be effectively played,and their promotion and connection functions in stabilizing poverty alleviation achievements,promoting rural revitalization,and achieving common prosperity could be improved.
