摘要

氢能研究及产业发展在世界范围形成新一轮热潮,氢能如何与传统化石能源特别是天然气融合发展成为重要的研究课题;川渝地区作为具有代表性的天然气产销重合地,对其开展天然气与氢能融合发展研究极具指导意义.在分析天然气与氢能产业融合制约性因素上,本文通过层次分析法建立了评价模型,得到了影响度最高的制约性因素,并通过模糊评价法对川渝地区天然气与氢能产业融合度进行评价.最后提出建议:①通过氢能产业链长制促成装备制造与氢气供应的协调发展;②开展颠覆性技术研发,释放气氢融合的巨大经济发展动能;③深入推进区域氢能交易中心和碳交易市场建设,加速高碳能源向低碳能源的转型升级;④强化企业氢能人才队伍体系建设,加快提升企业转型内生动力.

Abstract

Hydrogen energy research and industrial development have ignited a new global wave of enthusiasm,with the integration of hydrogen energy with traditional fossil fuels,especially natural gas,emerging as a crucial research focus.The Sichuan-Chongqing re-gion,as a representative area where natural gas production and distribution overlap,holds significant guidance for conducting research on the fusion and development of natural gas and hydrogen energy.In the analysis of the constraining factors for the integration of natural gas and hydrogen energy industries,this paper constructs an evaluation model using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).It identifies the most influential limiting factors and assesses the degree of integration of the natural gas and hydrogen energy industries in the Si-chuan-Chongqing region through a fuzzy evaluation method.Finally,this paper puts forward the following recommendations:①Promote coordinated development between equipment manufacturing and hydrogen supply along the extended hydrogen energy industry chain.②Engage in disruptive technology research and development to unleash the tremendous economic potential of gas-hydrogen fusion.③Ac-celerate the construction of regional hydrogen energy trading centers and carbon trading markets to drive the transformation and upgra-ding from high-carbon to low-carbon energy sources.④Strengthen the establishment of enterprise hydrogen energy talent pools to ex-pedite the internal drive for corporate transformation.
