Spatio-temporal evolution of coordinated development of population and construction land in Harbin-Changchun Urban Agglomeration
Based on the census data and land use data, this paper analyzed the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of popu-lation and construction land in the Harbin-Chang Urban Agglomeration from 2000 to 2020 by using the cold-hot spot analysis,disper-sion coefficient and coupling coordination model. On this basis, from the three perspectives of external scale change coordination,inter-nal quality coordination and internal and external combination coordination, this paper analyzed the spatio-temporal differentiation characteristics and types of the population-construction land coordinated development in Harbin-Chang Urban Agglomeration. The re-sults showed that:①The population development of Harbin-Chang Urban Agglomeration was not synchronized with the development of construction land. The overall development trend was"population reduction and land increase",and each county(city)had different degrees of population loss.②Both external coordination and internal coordination showed a downward trend, and both were dominated by low coordination.Internal coordination was better than external coordination.Internal and external combination coordination mode was mainly external low degree coordination-internal low degree coordination mode.③Population loss and population aging were the main reasons for the imbalance between population and construction land in Harbin-Chang Urban Agglomeration.
