Research on the spatiotemporal characteristics of high-quality development of China's marine economy
The evaluation of the high-quality development level of marine economy provides important decision-making support for the scientific formulation of marine economic development policies, and is of great significance for promoting the construction of a maritime power.Based on the marine economy's panel data of 11 coastal provinces from 2006 to 2020,this paper used the entropy weight method to construct the evaluation index of high-quality development of marine economy, and the statistical measurement meth-ods such as Dagum Gini coefficient,Kernel density estimation,Markov chain and Moran's I index were combined to reveal the regional differences, spatial correlation and dynamic evolution characteristics of high-quality development level of China's marine economy. The results showed that:①The high-quality development level of the marine economy and the development level of each subsystem were showing a steady upward trend. The high-quality development level of the marine economy in the East China Sea region was signifi-cantly higher than that in the North and South China Sea regions, and the difference between the high-quality development levels of the marine economy in each province was narrowing.②The regional differences were large and had not improved significantly, and the re-gional differences showed a significant downward trend.③In the short term, the high-quality development level of marine economy in coastal areas had a higher probability of internal flow at the same level. The high-quality development of marine economy had a long-term trend of good, and the longer the period, the higher the probability of upward transfer.
