数字经济、生态保护与经济高质量发展的协 同演变及影响因素

数字经济是推动生态效益和经济效益兼顾的高质量发展模式的新动能.基于中国31个省区市2005-2021年的面板数据,构建DEQ(数字经济、生态保护与经济高质量发展)评价体系,运用熵值法测度三系统的综合得分,采用耦合协调发展模型观察其时空分异特征,并运用面板Tobit模型分析影响耦合协调度的因素.结果表明:①发展水平方面,三系统均呈现持续攀升的变化特征,其中数字经济子系统的提升幅度最大;②结构性差异来源方面,全国层面差异的主要来源由经济高质量发展转变为数字经济,七大经济区的差异来源和时序变化各不相同;③全国的DEQ协调度等级有所提高,由中度失调进入濒临失调阶段,七大经济区的协调度在时间上呈现逐年好转的变化特征,在空间上呈现华东＞华南＞华北＞华中＞东北＞西南＞西北地区的空间分布格局;④不同影响因素对全国及七大区域三系统协调度的影响具有异质性.
Synergistic evolution and influencing factors of digital economy,ecological protection and high-quality economic development
Digital economy is a new power to promote high-quality development model with both ecological and economic bene-fits.Based on the panel data of China's 31 provinces from 2005 to 2021,this paper constructed an evaluation system of DEQ(Digital e-conomy,ecological protection and high-quality economic development).This paper used the entropy method to measure the compre-hensive scores of the three systems.This paper used the coupled coordinated development model to observe the spatio-temporal differ-entiation characteristics,and the panel Tobit model to analyze the factors affecting the degree of coupled coordination.The results showed that:①In terms of development level,the three systems all showed the characteristics of continuous rise,among which the digital economy subsystem has the greatest improvement.②In terms of sources of structural differences,the main source of national differences had changed from high-quality economic development to digital economy,and the sources and timing changes of differences in the sev-en economic zones were different.③The level of DEQ coordination degree in China improved from moderate disorder to near disorder.The coordination degree of seven economic zones improved year by year in terms of time and presented a spatial distribution pattern of East China＞South China＞North China＞Central China＞Northeast China＞Southwest China＞Northwest China.④The influence of different factors on the coordination degree of the three systems in the country and the seven regions was heterogeneous.
