Research on Excavation and Comparison of Innovation Policy Regarding Free Trade Zone under High-level Opening Strategy——From the Perspective of Jiangsu Free Trade Zone
As an important window of high-level opening to the outside world,the implementation of the promotion strategy of free trade zones needs to further play the supporting and leading role of innovative development policies.Taking Jiangsu Free Trade Zone and urban innovation policies as the research object,we used visualization methods,such as content analysis,frequency statistics and node coding techniques,to vertically explore key areas of innovation governance policies,and carried out horizontal comparative research from four dimensions:institutional innovation,industrial layout,carrier construction and innovation input.The results show that the policy se-mantics of enterprise,project,talent,etc.,present a high frequency distribution,which reflects the market main body,important grasp and important foundation of the innovative development of the pilot free trade zone;management service,support and incentive,etc.,re-flect the main path of innovation and development of pilot free trade zones,which is slightly different in different free trade zones,indica-ting that the development mode of free trade zones has heterogeneity;the industrial layout of Jiangsu Pilot Free Trade Zone is mainly concentrated in high-end equipment manufacturing,digital economy,life and health,financial innovation and other fields,and the three free trade zones and the cities in which they are located have slight overlap.
