数字经济赋能粮食体系韧性的空间效应与机制

新发展格局下,数字经济是保障国家粮食安全、增强粮食体系韧性的重要路径.基于中国31个省区市2011-2020年的面板数据,运用核密度估计、标准差椭圆、空间自相关分析对数字经济与粮食体系韧性的时空演化特征进行探究,运用动态空间杜宾模型与中介效应模型分析数字经济对粮食体系韧性的影响.结果表明:①数字经济与粮食体系韧性总体呈现上升趋势,空间异质性较强,二者标准差椭圆分布重心逐渐由西北向东南方向偏移;②数字经济对粮食体系韧性呈现出显著促进作用,通过更换被解释变量、剔除直辖市、替换权重矩阵等方式进行回归,结果仍然稳健.数字信息基础、数字金融平台、数字农业产业化对本地区与邻接地区粮食体系韧性都具有显著促进作用;③数字经济通过技术进步提高粮食体系韧性.基于研究结论,提出以下政策启示:优化资源配置,区域协调发展;利用大数据和物联网技术,建立全国范围内的农业信息化平台;投资以农产品物流配送为主的智能化系统建设,推广电子商务以及"互联网+"等新型商业模式;紧跟市场需求,持续提高研发资金投入,促进产品升级,优化粮食产业链;重视技术型人才培养,发挥数字经济提升技术人才能力的作用.
Spatial effects and mechanisms of digital economy-enabled food system resilience
Under the new development pattern,the study focuses on the importance of constructing a digital economy to ensure na-tional food security and enhance the resilience of the food system.This paper analyzed panel data of 31 provinces from 2011 to 2020 by using kernel density estimation,standard deviation ellipse,and spatial autocorrelation analysis to explore the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of the relationship between the digital economy and the food system resilience.This paper also analyzed the impact of dig-ital economy construction on food system resilience based on the Durbin model of dynamic spatial and mediation effect model.The re-sults showed that:①The relation between digital economy and food system resilience showed an overall upward trend with strong spatial heterogeneity.The centre of gravity of the standard deviation ellipse gradually shifted from the northwest to the southeast.②The digital economy had a significant positive impact on food system resilience.This result remained robust even when we try multiple regressions by replacing explanatory variables,excluding municipalities,and changing the weight matrix.The digital information base,digital finan-cial platform,and digital agricultural industrialization all contributed significantly to the resilience of the food system in the region and neighboring regions.③The digital economy contributed to improving food system resilience through advanced technologies.On the a-bove,this paper put forward some suggestions:Optimize resource allocation and promote regional coordinated development.Establish a nationwide agricultural information platform relying on big data and the Internet of Things promote e-commerce and new business such as"Interment+".Keep up with market demand,continuously increase R&D investment,proniote product upgrading,and optimize the grain industry china.Emphasize the cultivation of technical talents and leverage,and play the role of the digital economy in enhancing the capabilities of technical talents.
