Coupling and coordination of science and technology innovation,digital economy and high-quality development of tourism and its driving factors
Based on the perspective of system theory,this paper systematically explored the coupling and coordination mechanism of science and technology innovation,digital economy and high quality development of tourism,and adopted the entropy weight TOPSIS model,the coupling coordination degree model and the geographic detector to analyze the spatio-temporal pattern of coupling coordina-tion of science and technology innovation,digital economy and high-quality development of tourism in 30 provincial administrative u-nits in China from 2011 to 2019 and its driving factors.The results showed that:①The overall development level of the three systems of scientific and technological innovation,digital economy and high-quality development of tourism generally showed an upward trend,but the development pattern of each system was different.Scientific and technological innovation showed a multi-polar development pat-tern.Digital economy showed a ladder-like development pattern in the eastern,central and western regions.High-quality development of tourism showed a pattern of multi-provincial common development.②The coupling coordination degree of China's three systems had been rising year by year,with the coupling coordination degree level rising from moderately dysfunctional to on the verge of dysfunction-al,and the type of coupling coordination moving from dysfunctional to intermediate transition,forming a spatial pattern of"high in the east,low in the west and in transition in the centre",with the gap between the east and the west still widening.③In terms of internal factors,investment in science and technology innovation was the strongest driver of the coupling co-ordination degree,and tourism green development was the weakest driver.While among external factors,economic development was the strongest driver of the coupling co-ordination degree,and industrial structure was the weakest driver.
