数字乡村建设下三维资本与农村居民创业选择

创业是帮助农民实现就业和增加收入的有效途径,数字乡村建设为农村居民创业带来了新的契机.基于数字乡村赋能的环境异质性视角,利用中国家庭追踪调查微观数据与《县域数字乡村指数》,论证了数字乡村建设下三维资本对农村居民创业选择的乘数效应.结果表明:①数字乡村建设放松了自有资金对农村居民创业选择的约束,降低了创业对经济资本的需求门槛,即与经济资本呈现"替代"关系;数字乡村建设扩大了人力资本与社会资本对农村居民创业选择的积极影响,激活了人力资本更具优势的群体,弥补了社会资本信息密度不足的短板,即与人力资本和社会资本呈现"互补"关系;②数字乡村建设更有利于发挥农村女性及青年人力资本对创业选择的作用,突出农村男性、壮年与西部地区社会资本对于创业的积极影响;③数字乡村建设更容易降低创业对农村男性、生存型创业及东部地区经济资本的门槛,放大中部地区经济资本的作用,发挥农村居民人力资本在机会型创业选择中的作用,降低劳动密集型行业创业者对经济资本的依赖.
Three-dimensional capital and rural residents'entrepreneurial choices in the context of digital rural construction
Entrepreneurship is an effective way to help farmers achieve employment and increase income.Digital rural construction has brought new oppovtunities for rural residents to start businesses.Based on the perspective of environmental heterogeneity enabled by digital rural construction,this article used the microdata of the China Family Panel Studies and the"County-level Digital Rural Index"to demonstrate the multiplier effect of three-dimensional capital on rural residents'entrepreneurial choices under the digital rural con-struction.The results showed that;①Digital rural construction relaxed the constraint of self-owned funds on rural residents'entrepre-neurial choices,reducing the threshold for entrepreneurship to require economic capital.It exhibited a"substitution"relationship with economic capital in the past;Digital rural construction expanded the positive impact of human capital and social capital on rural resi-dents'entrepreneurial choices,activating the group with advantages in human capital and making up for the shortcomings of insufficient information density in social capital.It exhibited a"complementary"relationship with human capital and social capital.② Digital rural construction was more conducive to leveraging the role of rural female and youth human capital in entrepreneurial choices,highlighting the positive impact of rural male,adult,and western social capital on entrepreneurship.③Digital rural construction could more easily lower the threshold for rural men,survival-type entrepreneurship,and economic capital in eastern regions to start businesses.It could also amplify the role of economic capital in central regions and leverage the role of rural residents'human capital in opportunity-based entrepreneurial choices.Additionally,it could reduce the dependence of entrepreneurs in labor-intensive industries on economic cap-ital.
