绿色物流—数字经济—高质量发展系统耦合协调及时空演化研究

摘要
数字经济和绿色物流分别是高质量发展的重要手段与具体表现,如何有效推进三者协调是实现更高水平可持续发展的关键.构建绿色物流—数字经济—高质量发展系统耦合协调发展评价指标体系,综合运用熵权法和耦合协调度模型对中国30个省区市三维系统综合发展水平和耦合协调度的时序演进与空间分异特征进行全方位研究.结果表明:时间上,三维系统综合发展水平与耦合协调度呈逐年上升趋势,耦合协调水平处于耦合型发展阶段,而双维系统多处于磨合型发展阶段,贡献度有待加强;空间上,三维系统综合水平、耦合协调度及其制约因素均存在空间分异性,呈现"东中高,西部低"的分布格局,表现出"中间水平区域多,高低水平区域少"的橄榄型分布特征.据此,从补齐发展短板、推进双维系统协调发展、优化空间布局方面提出绿色物流—数字经济—高质量发展系统协调发展提升建议.
Abstract
Digital economy and green logistics are important measures and concrete manifestations for high quality development re-spectively,and it is the key that we can coordinate the three-dimensional system of green logistics,digital economy and high quality development effectively to achieve a higher level of sustainable development.The evaluation index system of coupling and coordinated development of three-dimensional system was constructed,and it conducted a comprehensive study on the temporal evolution and spa-tial differentiation characteristics of comprehensive development level and coupled coordination of three-dimensional system in 30 provinces with the entropy weight method and coupling coordination model.The results showed that the comprehensive development level and coupling coordination degree of the three-dimensional system were on an upward trend yearly with the coupling coordination level in the coupling development stage,while the two-dimensional system was in the grinding development stage,and their contribution nee-ded to be strengthened time-wise.Spatially,there was spatial heterogeneity in the comprehensive level,coupling coordination degree and their constraining factors of the three-dimensional system,presenting a distribution pattern of"high in the east and central,low in the west"and showing an olive-shaped distribution characteristic of"more middle-level regions,fewer high and low-level re-gions".On the above,it proposes to develop the three-dimensional system in a coordinated manner through making up for the short-comings of development,promoting the coordinated development of the two-dimensional system and optimizing the spatial layout.
