Research on the interactive mechanism between technology finance and high-quality economic development——A case study of 15 regions in Dian-Gui-Qian area
Science and technology financial innovation plays a pivotal role in propelling the high-quality economic development.Entropy weighting method and coupling coordination model were used to measure the overall level of technology finance and high-qual-ity economic development in 15 regions of Dian-Gui-Qian area,as well as the degree of coupling between the two.The PVAR model was used to empirically test the interaction between the two.The results showed that:①In the long run,the high-quality development level of science and technology finance and economy in 15 regions of Dian-Gui-Qian area showed an increasing trend,but there was a significant gap in the growth rate between 15 regions.②Although the coupling effect between science and technology finance and e-conomy was not ideal,the overall trend showed an upward fluctuation.③There was an interactive effect between science and technology finance and high-quality economic development in 15 regions of Dian-Gui-Qian area.The impact of science and technology finance on high-quality economic development was greater than that of high-quality economic development on science and technology fi-nance.On the above,this paper proposed policy recommendations to optimize the allocation of science and technology financial resources in Dian-Gui-Qian area,improve and perfect the innovation mechanism of science and technology finance in the region,promote the high-end,intelligent and digital development of science and technology industry in the region,and innovate the development of science and technology finance and science and technology industry,in order to enhance the coupling degree between science and technology fi-nance and high-quality economic development,promote the coordinated development between science and technology finance and high-quality economic development in Dian-Gui-Qian area,and form a shared area for the high-quality development of science and technology finance and economy in the region.
