技术创新赋能中国旅游高质量发展的路径研究

摘要
根据熊彼特创新理论,技术创新通过改变经济结构、产业结构等实现旅游高质量发展,而旅游高质量发展的核心在于区域旅游经济效率可持续增长.结合赋能理论,从资本赋能、结构赋能、功能赋能层面探索2000-2020年间旅游技术创新和区域旅游经济效率的演化规律和内在机理,并运用DEA-MI方法、标准差椭圆模型、中介效应模型等实证分析.研究表明:2001-2020年区域经济效率值逐渐趋于1.000标准线,突破"胡焕庸线"空间限制,其重心向东部移动.旅游技术创新水平分布吻合"胡焕庸线",其重心向中西部移动.但旅游技术创新尚未成为推动中国区域旅游经济效率增长的直接赋能路径,东、中、西部区域存在资本赋能、结构赋能和功能赋能的路径有效性差异.
Abstract
According to Schumpeter's innovation theory,technological innovation changes tourism development mode through eco-nomic structure and industrial structure to achieve tourism high quality development,and the core of which is sustainable growth of re-gional tourism economic efficiency.Based on the perspectives of capital empowerment,structural empowerment and functional empower-ment,this paper combined the theory of empowerment to explore the evolution patterns and inner mechanisms of tourism technology in-novation and regional tourism economic efficiency from 2000 to 2020.Meanwhile,the research used DEA-MI method,standard devia-tion ellipse model and mediating effect model to analyze empirically.The research results showed that regional tourism economic effi-ciency gradually converged to 1.000 standard line from 2000 to 2020,and broke through the restriction of the"Huhuanyong line".And its center of gravity had moved to the east.While tourism technological innovation coincided with the distribution of the"Huhuanyong line",and its center of gravity had moved to the central and western regions.But tourism technological innovation had not yet become the driving force to promote the growth of regional tourism economic efficiency directly in China.Meanwhile,there were differences in the effectiveness of paths for capital empowerment,structural empowerment,and functional empowerment in the eastern,central,and western regions.
