城镇化、技术创新影响全要素能源利用效率的中介效应研究——来自黄河"几"字弯的实证

采用全局参比Malmquist模型测算黄河"几"字弯都市圈城市2006-2021年的全要素能源利用效率,分析GML指数变化与全要素能源利用值的变化,利用三阶段中介效应模型分析城镇化、技术创新对黄河"几"字弯都市圈城市全要素能源利用效率的影响效应.研究表明:黄河"几"字弯大部分城市的全要素能源利用效率值呈现增长态势,且资源型城市高于非资源型城市,省会城市低于非省会城市;产业结构高级化是城镇化促进全要素能源利用效率的部分中介;经济增长是技术创新促进全要素能源利用效率的完全中介;降低环境污染是技术创新促进全要素能源利用效率的部分中介.黄河"几"字弯都市圈各城市应构建现代经济能源体系,加速产业升级与城市转型,建设低碳零碳负碳工程,推动技术创新与经济增长、绿色发展齐头并进.
Research on the mediating effect of urbanization and technological innovation on the efficiency of total factor energy utilization——Empirical evidence from the Yellow River ji-shaped bend
Calculated the total factor energy utilization efficiency of cities in the"几"bend of the Yellow River metropolitan area by the global reference Malmquist model.Analysed the changes of GML index and the total factor energy utilization efficiency.Analysed the impact of urbanization and technological innovation on the total factor energy utilization efficiency of cities in the"几"bend of the Yellow River metropolitan area by the three-stage mediation effect model.Research showed that the total factor energy utilization effi-ciency of most cities in the"几"bend of the Yellow River showed an increasing trend.and resource-based cities were higher than non resource-based cities,while provincial capital cities were lower than non provincial capital cities.Industrial structure upgrade was a partial intermediary for urbanization to promote the total factor energy utilization efficiency.Economic growth was a complete intermedi-ary for technological innovation to promote the total factor energy utilization efficiency.Reducing environmental pollution was a partial intermediary for technological innovation to promote the total factor energy utilization efficiency.The cities in the"几"bend of the Yellow River metropolitan area should build a modern economic energy system and accelerate industrial upgrading and urban transfor-mation,build low-carbon,zero-carbon,and negative carbon projects.promote technological innovation and economic growth,as well as green development.
