摘要

在发展新型城镇化及推进区域碳减排的双重压力下,探索兼顾二者综合效应的空间关联网络具有重要意义.依据安徽省新型城镇化的评价指标,结合地理空间数据和碳排数据,运用改进的引力模型和社会网络分析等方法,对2011-2019年新型城镇化视域下的安徽省碳排网络进行构建,并确定其中影响城市碳流动的关键关联要素.结果表明:①长期来看,提高新型城镇化水平对于促进区域碳减排具有重要积极作用;②安徽省中东部城市的点入度保持在较高水平,南北部城市的点出度保持在较高水平,位于中部地区的凝聚子群对周边城市的联动影响更大;③城市间相似的新型城镇化水平显著影响碳排网络的构建,其中相似的经济城镇化水平对网络影响最大.

Abstract

Under the dual pressures of developing new models of urbanization and advancing regional carbon emission reductions,exploring the comprehensive effects of spatial association networks that consider both factors is of significant importance.Based on the e-valuation indicators for new urbanization in Anhui Province and incorporating geographic spatial data and carbon emission data,this pa-per used an improved gravity model and Social Network Analysis,among other methods,to construct a carbon emission network in Anhui Province from 2011 to 2019 within the context of new urbanization.It also identified key linking elements that influenced urban carbon flows.This was beneficial for enhancing the sustainable development capabilities of Anhui Province and identifying future key directions for regional development.The results showed that:①In the long term,improving the level of new urbanization played a significant and positive role in promoting regional carbon emission reduction.②Cities in the central and eastern parts of Anhui Province maintained a high level of indegree,while cities in the northern and southern parts had a high level of outdegree.Cohesive subgroups located in the central region exerted a greater linkage effect on surrounding cities.③The construction of the carbon emission network was significantly influenced by cities with similar levels of new urbanization,among which similar levels of economic urbanization had the greatest impact on the network.
