In the context of comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization strategy, rural tourism has become an effective path to boost the high quality of the rural economy.Based on 1,005 questionnaire data from 23 scenic spots in Yangshuo County,Guangxi, this study adopted a multiple logistic regression model and interpretive structural model to explore the sustainable development factors and internal logical relationship of rural tourism. It was found that:①The diversity of tourism resources, characteristic folk culture, transport accessibility, the structure of the investment body, the strategic vision and enterprising attitude of managers, and the national and local policy environments all had a significant impact on the sustainability of rural tourism.②The diversity of tourism resources and charac-teristic folk culture were deep factors affecting the sustainability of rural tourism, transport accessibility and the structure of the invest-ment body were middle-level indirect factors, and the strategic vision and enterprising attitude of managers, and the national and local policy environments were surface factors directly affecting.③The sustainable development of rural tourism was a complex system of ob-jective environmental factors and subjective human factors, which formed the conduction relationship of"tourism resources-develop-ment conditions-governance environment-sustainable development of rural tourism"in dynamic interaction. In the dynamic interac-tion,the conduction relationship of"tourism resources-development conditions-governance environment-sustainable development of rural tourism"was formed.
